Tatsuo is an original character for my future webtoon, "KINDZEERO: DELTA"
Tatsuo is one of the five wealthiest arch-augmentors on Earth. He owns a large portion of New Tokyo, but his greatest source of pride is the "T.Sort" corporation, which is used by over 10 billion people every day.
